11 Fridge/Freezer check - ensure everything is in the correct place

3 Throw any out-of-date stock away
4 Clean all surfaces
5 Mop the floor
6 Empty and clean sink
7 All preparation for the next day should be done
8 Check dishwasher - make sure it is clean
9 Check stock and fill in daily stock sheet
10 Donut, Milkcake, Mojito toppings and sauces filled
11 Complete DAILY TASK
12 Fridge/Freezer check - ensure everything is in the correct place
13 All bins emptied & bag replaced
14 Check all fridge items have out of date stickers on them
